VitalCare Financial Policy

We participate with most major insurance companies. If you are unsure as to whether or not we participate with your plan, please contact your insurance carrier for verification.

All co-payments, deductibles and previous balances are due at the time of service. This is a requirement of your insurance contract as well as VitalCare.

Forms and payments accepted and VitalCare

We accept cash, check, credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

In the event that we make an exception due to an emergent circumstance and allow you to be seen without paying your co-pay at the time of service, there will be a billing fee of $15.00 added to your account. We ask that you pay your co-payment and the billing fee within fifteen (15) days. This exception is only made for patients whose accounts are in good standing.

In the event that your account is turned over to a collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Billing questions

We are happy to help you make payment arrangements on your account balance. Please contact our billing department at .... Please be advised that there is a finance charge of 1.75% per month on all past due balances.
